Signature Massage offers the perfect balance of lighter, relaxing strokes and deeper, focused work. It's truly the best of both worlds.

The massage begins with oil or lotion applied to the body using long, flowing Swedish strokes designed to relax. Once warmed up, stronger, more focused Deep Tissue techniques are used to release any specific areas of tension. When remedied, more soothing Swedish movements are used to help maintain a state of relaxation. The massage continues in this manner until the full body has been addressed. Certain areas can be omitted or focused on by request. Pressure can be adjusted to suit the individual but normally traverses the full spectrum from light through to medium and strong, then lighter again. This helps to create a comfortable ebb and flow.
