Express Massage

We are known for being very generous with our time. For example, our 1 hour massage often runs to 80 minutes or more overall. The massage itself takes at least an hour, plus any additional time needed before and after. We believe an unhurried service contributes to the relaxed and friendly ambiance that distinguishes us from many other therapists.

However, we also recognise that extended appointments aren't always an advantage or necessary. Perhaps, when trying to fit a massage into a working day lunch break or between meetings. Also, in light of rising living costs, a shorter, more economical treatment could help to keep both health and bank balance in check.

Our Express Massage fits the entire appointment neatly into an hour. How this hour is spent is entirely up to you. With a little planning its possible to maximise your massage time when you:

• Pay in advance or in cash on arrival

• Arrive at the exact time of your appointment

• Arrive freshly showered and towel off any excess oil after the massage

• Wear clothing and shoes that are easily removed

• Undress during your pre-massage consultation so the treatment can begin right after

As time is limited, The Express Massage is ideally suited to:

• Anyone having regular bodywork

• Clients seeking focused treatment on one area of the body eg. back / upper body only

• Swedish and lighter pressure massage for relaxation purposes
